About the Role
This position is located in the Health and Human Service (HHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Operations (OO), Office of Facilities, Engineering and Mission Support (OFEMS), Division of Planning, Engineering and Space Management (DPESM), Portfolio and Space Management Branch (PSMB) which is located in Rockville, Maryland.
What You'll Do
- →Managing, analyzing, and implementing lease acquisition plans and requirements for leased facilities nationwide, including FDA Headquarters.
- →Manages post-occupancy space planning activities including alterations, realignment, and lease renewals.
- →Collaborates with organizations and FDA centers to implement lease strategies for replacement and/or expanded facilities.
- →Prepares and reviews scopes of work, evaluate requirements, and conduct financial analyses assuring the best use of Government appropriated funds.

- ✓EDUCATION: There is no education substitution for this position at the GS-13 grade level.
