About the Role
You will serve as a REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BRANCH MANAGER in the Public Works Directorate of NSA ANNAPOLIS.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the supervision/management of a team of facilities planners, developmental planners, Real Property Accountable Officers (RPAO), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professionals, and Community Planning Liaison Officers.
- →You will be responsible for planning work for subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, ensuring work is properly inducted, and preparing schedules for completion of work; assigning work to subordinates based upon priorities You will be responsible for developing plans of accomplishment, resource requirements, and schedules.
- →Assists in developing and executing the annual requirements and budget impacting the Real Property Management Branch You will serve as a Government Official in the selection of contractors to provide products and services, prepares statements of work, and government estimates to ensure that actions are conducted as required.
- →You will be responsible for managing NSA Annapolis' real property portfolios and shore facility planning systems, and assuring facility and land use aligns with the installation's mission requirements.
