About the Position: This position will supervise the Railroad Maintenance area for Public Works Directorate with responsibility over work operations, planning, materials, equipment and employees needed.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a supervisor over the Railroad Trackage Section to approximately 25 subordinate workers.
- →Perform full supervisory responsibility overseeing and directing work operations.
- →Determine the equipment and supplies needed for each work site.
- →Develop performance requirements and make formal and informal performance appraisals.
