About the Role
About the Position: This position is located with the Department of Materiel Management, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Washington. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a Lead Purchasing Agent utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to purchase.
- →Develop and select criteria/technical ranking factors for purchases of a variety of requirements.
- →Administer purchase orders that require extensive monitoring and oversight to resolve complex problems.
- →Review, edit, and process supply and equipment requests and contract services.
- →Manage the administration and daily operation of the security module for Standard Procurement System (SPS).
- →Establish and coordinate training for the electronic interface system.
- →Gather and prepare data for the daily electronic submission of the Individual Contraction Action Report for purchases.
- →Provide technical assistance to receipt control personnel pertaining to payment and invoicing problems.
