You will serve as a Public Private Venture Project Manager in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will exercise responsibility to effect planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and oversite of public private venture projects.
- →You will lead project development including financial modeling, proposal evaluation, negotiation, construction, property management, and overall business execution.
- →You will conduct on-site liaison reviews of new initiatives and projects to decern their effectiveness and devise follow-up action as necessary.
- →You will collect status information on all assigned projects and provide briefs to higher authorities.
- →You will assist in developing and executing the annual public private venture project budgets.
