This position is located in the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD), Office of Program Transition and Supply Chain (PTSC). GHSD leads U.S. diplomatic engagement and implements global health and global health security programs, including to address HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, polio, and emerging infectious disease threats.
What You'll Do
- →Advises Department and Embassy leadership on approaches to address international health issues related to promoting goal of an AIDS free generation and global health security.
- →Collaborates with private sector engagement protocols, public, private partnerships (PPP) to develop and promote global health marketing strategies to support the mission of the U.S.
- →President's Emergency Plan for Aids Relief (PEPFAR) program.
- →Supports U.S. embassy teams worldwide to further the development of public and private partnerships for the advancement of U.S. public health programs.
- →Assists PTSC in identifying and implementing strategies to diversify partnership engagement in U.S. international health assistance.
- →Leads foreign assistance activities that advance GHSD's mission.
