About the Position: This position is located at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Oversee planning and execution of visits to facility by general officers, elected officials, foreign delegations of all ranks and distinguished civilians.
- →Plan, direct, coordinate, executes and supervises the conduct of facility programs and ceremonies.
- →Provide advice and assistance on protocol matters to the Command Group and others throughout the command and outside the command as required.
- →Determine proper protocol in connection with ceremonies, receptions, official luncheons and dinners.
- →Formulate and recommends protocol and distinguished visitor policies and procedures to the Commander and Chief of Staff.
- →Plan, develop and/or coordinate the development of detailed itineraries based upon time and place of arrival, size and significance of the group.
