About the Position: The incumbent serves as a USACE Project Management System (P2) subject matter expert (SME) and special advisor to a Division providing technical assistance to Program Managers, Project Managers, Program/Budget Analysts, and others, as required, in the development and maintenance of project schedule and budgetary data in Project Management Scheduling Software
What You'll Do
- →Work with all Project Managers, Program/Budget Analysts, technical managers, and functional chiefs to ensure that all projects are identified and entered in the APMS/ P2/P3e.
- →Guide APMS Users regarding planning, preparing, and implementing the Project Management Business Processes.
- →Review project progress, measuring performance and recommending necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost.
- →Develop local reports, briefings, summary fact sheets, and procedures to facilitate communication of scope, schedule, and budget status within the PDT and upward reporting of execution status.
