This National Guard position is for a PROJECT COORDINATION SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D2589000 and is part of the FL JFHQ, National Guard.
What You'll Do
- →As a Project Coordination Specialist, GS-0301-11, you will analyze, coordinate and/or perform a variety of special projects/program assignments and studies leading to the resolution of management problems and improvement of operations.
- →Independently develops a plan of action and recommends solutions.
- →Coordinates with State ARNG/ANG Command staff, Directorates or Group Commanders, and NGB Functional Managers to obtain and exchange information and develop recommendations for management decisions.
- →Monitors and analyzes program/project progress, recommending changes based on findings as needed.
- →Develops all reports, briefings, and status of assigned projects/programs.
- →Performs a wide variety of support duties to facilitate the work of the office.
- →Arranges scheduling of appointments, meetings, briefings, and other commitments directly effecting future decisions and program direction.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
