About the Position: Responsible for directing complex engineering and construction projects by planning timelines, managing budgets, and serving as the primary liaison for stakeholders and government agencies. Additionally, the role involves compiling project data, tracking execution progress, and developing local status reports to ensure accurate tracking and communication across all leadership levels.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinates the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental restoration, etc., for engineering projects.
- →Controls and manages project milestones and budgets from project initiation to close-out Allocates project funds to district elements, consistent with progress attained, and measures and monitors performance.
- →Serves as the District's primary point of contact for projects assigned with sponsor/customer; Federal, state, and local government agencies, Congressional interests; other external organizations; and higher authorities.
- →Prepares documentation of scope, schedule and budget expectations and development of a comprehensive management plan that integrates all project requirements into a coordinated and cohesive response.
- →Collects project execution data from the project delivery team and develops local reports and procedures.
