This position is at the full performance level located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), at the Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center (VAMC) in the Community Engagement and Reintegration Service (CERS): in support of the Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) program.
What You'll Do
- →The position is at the full performance level located in the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), at VA Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center (VAMC) in CERS.
- →The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of staff support functions, special projects, and assignments in support of Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) and Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Leadership (Transitional Housing Coordinator and Transitional Housing Deputy Coordinator), Management and Program Analyst, and Liaison staff.
- →The incumbent will provide administrative support for HCHV oversight and Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC).
- →The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (GLA) is the largest, most complex healthcare system within the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- →Process incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memorandum, and other forms of written communication Ensures all staff accurately report their work hours, leave usage, telework days, and overtime in accordance with VA timekeeping policies Identifies and resolves missing, incorrect, or conflicting time entries by coordinating directly with employees and supervisors.

Requirements
