About the Role

What You'll Do
- →Responsible for helping to assure that all staff members are aware of current decision support system (DSS) codes for HT and names of clinics utilized by program.
- →Utilizes statistical data to compile monthly workload reports for apprised of patient census and any changes or problem that might be encountered.
- →Participates in performance improvement activities related to the program quality improvement process and offers performance improvement advice to program staff.
- →Responsible for providing data/reports related to the administrative , clinical and technical aspects of HT to the VISN 6 Network Office and HT Program.
- →Knowledge and skills in the use of computer equipment with a wide variety of software such as word, excel, power point, outlook, access, and VHA databases.
- →Customer Service: Meets the needs of customers while supporting VA missions.
- →Consistently communicates and treats customers (Veterans, their representatives, visitors, and all VA staff) in a courteous tactful, and respectful manner.
