The Program Support Assistant (PSA) works in the Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences Service (MHBSS) under the direct supervision of the Administrative Officer, MHBSS. The incumbent performs various administrative tasks, office tasks, information retrieval, and data collection duties for program sections of MHBSS as defined by the approved organizational chart (Psychology, Psychiatry, Community Programs, Specialty Programs).
What You'll Do
- →Duties include but are not limited to: Enters and tracks non-equipment IT service requests.
- →Troubleshoots staff IT, space, and equipment issues and acts as liaison between program staff and MHSL Logistical Coordinator.
- →Enters electronic work requests.
- →Provides advice to the Administrative Officer or other appropriate program managers on the improvement of work results.
- →Uses judgment in interpreting and adapting guidelines for application to specific work problems.
- →Gathers information to analyze and evaluate current management and organizational practices to determine the most efficient way.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
