About the Role
About the Position: Assists and advises the Chief of the assigned Division in the formulation, development and direction of administrative and personnel management policy matters. Plans, coordinates and performs work involving workforce and work load analysis; position management, employee training requirements, employee development; public and business relations; and a variety of other administrative functions, including property management, security matters, and logistical support.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, coordinates and manages personnel management functions and personnel actions.
- →Serves as point of contact on all Division personnel actions.
- →Serves as the liaison for dealing with the Resource Management Office on manpower needs and CEFMS issues.
- →Maintains supervisor's calendar and schedules appointments, makes travel plans, meetings and conferences.
- →Reviews, proofreads and edits all outgoing correspondence prepared within Division for signature of the Division Chief or District Engineer, to insure conformance with correspondence regulations
