The Long Beach VA Health Care System is recruiting for (1) Program Support Assistant (OA) at the Santa Ana VA Clinic within the Social Work Service. The incumbent will support the Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) and coordinate with the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program (HCHV), Social Work Services, at this Medical Center.
What You'll Do
- →Requests purchase orders, reconciling fund control points and cost distribution report.
- →Serves as a fund control point clerk and reconciles invoices Obtains any relevant HIPPA clearances to allow transmittal of facility data to the VISN 22 for trending and quality assurance purposes; and transmits the data following cyber security requirements as applicable Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
