Performs HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card registrar activation and credentialing duties, as well as a variety of duties in one or more of the following areas; administrative services, program records and reports, data processing, etc.
What You'll Do
- →The duties described are for the full-performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Performs HSPD-12 PIV (Personal Identity Verification) card registrar credentialing and activation duties.
- →Manages the customer PIV card appointment schedule and makes arrangements for servicing customers in accordance with instructions from the supervisor.
- →Assists in managing and monitoring conference activities; coordinates conference room setup, including, space design and material assistance.
- →Utilizes conference management software to complete reservations and track use of shared equipment such as projectors, laptops, etc.
- →Performs clerical and administrative tasks such as faxing documents, typing correspondence, sorting mail, maintaining official files, general correspondence, etc.
- →Assists the Facility Manager with special projects, by helping to gather information, assemble data, and prepare reports.
