The Program Specialist assists in program data entry, data management and general analysis through interface with personal computer applications as well as numerous VITS applications. Must possess skill in report preparation, advanced skill in excel, PowerPoint, etc. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are required.
What You'll Do
- →Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: Assist in providing administrative and managerial assistance to other SWS support staff.
- →Assist in compiling and preparing program productivity/workload reports, and consolidates reports into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- →Resolves disputes of unknown or incorrect charges reconciled within the first 10 days.
- →The Program Specialist uses necessary tools for entering data, maintaining data and completing billing for contract programs.

Requirements
