The position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6), VA Medical Center (MC), Durham, NC, under Education and Learning Resource Service. This position serves as the VA Talent Management System (TMS) Domain Administrator.
What You'll Do
- →This position serves as primary contact and advocate for TMS.
- →The incumbent is knowledgeable of process and work with the Site/Service TMS Administrators, to include the TMS Profile Maintenance function, which involves entering all new paid employees in TMS in advance of the accession actions download into the VA Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- →The incumbent assists Site/Service TMS Administrators in adding all VA national mandatory training, along with all mandatory training, to the individual's TMS Learning Plan using the TMS Administrator User Management programs.
- →Conduct training via face to face, conference call/net meeting; or arrange for training for all Site/Service TMS Administrators.
- →Major Duties: TMS System Management and Programming 30% Technical Assistance and Guidance to TMS Users 30% TMS Reports/Management/TMS System Training 30% Perform other related duties as assigned 10% Work Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
