About the Position: This position is located in Vicenza, Italy within the Europe South DSO Transportation Office. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit. Federal employees in Vicenza, Italy are currently entitled to receive a 20% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change.
What You'll Do
- →Conducts day-to-day operations for designated schools to provide timely and efficient transportation service.
- →Coordinate appropriate transportation for students with special needs.
- →Serves as Contracting Officers Representative (COR)for school transportation contracts.
- →Prepares documentation to support contract provisions.
- →Analyze documentation procedures and techniques with respect to cost, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- →Monitors contractor performance and related expenditure of funds.
- →Manage policy procedures relative to the organizations transportation program.
- →Compile student statistical data for forecasting transportation requirements.
- →Conducts student registration and orientation to parents and students.
- →Investigate incidents of student misbehavior and recommend consequences.
