This position is located in the Department of Policy and Evaluation (DPE), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The M&E Division within DPE supports the design and implementation of results-focused development programs and leads the monitoring, independent evaluation, and reporting of program results. Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-12/13, MCC uses a pay-band system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 4b/4A which is generally equal to GS-12/13.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent of this position will assist in ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of MCC funded programs to support agency accountability and learning.
- →This is done by engaging on program design to ensure the problem to be solved and the theory of change are clearly defined, supporting the establishment of M&E plans in coordination with partner country counterparts.
