What You'll Do
- →You will initiate purchase request, monitor spending, and track and receive purchased materials.
- →You will screen intake calls and ensure calls are routed to the duty intake counselor or immediate staff member for assistance.
- →You will assist new staff with initial in-processing requirements.
- →You will provide frontline customer service by assessing the needs of each individual seeking assistance, explaining the CAP program, and guiding them to the appropriate resources.
