You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Nl Command Services Department, Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
What You'll Do
- →You will independently plan and executing the Targeted Engagement and Recruitment Program for the Command.
- →You will coordinate the collection, screening, databasing, and distribution of resumes, transcripts; and other documentation submitted by candidates electronically, or in person at recruiting events, to hiring managers at NAVOCEANO for consideration.
- →You will advise to the NAVOCEANO Human Capital Management Board and the Planning Board for Training with respect to the optimal allocation of billets within the organization.
- →You will provide guidance and recommendations regarding compensation senior leadership and management, based on a variety of data sources, studies, and / or local labor market conditions
