What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Program Manager in the Logistics and Requirements Department (N4/8), Office of the Commander at Naval Cyber Defense Operations Command.
- →You will develop detailed non-Manpower Program Memorandum Objective (POM) and related assessments via briefs, written papers, communications, and/or oral presentations.
- →You will gather, review, and direct contracting and integration timelines of new analytical technologies and techniques for improving methods, results, and procedures to meet emerging requirements, and ensures maximum productivity.
- →You will ensure IT expenditures, are properly prepared, routed, advocated, and approved in the IT Procurement System.
- →You will create business value through implementation of mission critical technology; strategic planning of command growth objectives; and ensures technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with command goals.
- →You will oversee facilities and logistics, developing plans for appropriation and assignment of space, communication equipment, work stations and office/IT equipment to support command mission.
- →You will oversee contractors that support facilities management and maintenance.
- →You will collaborate with top management to negotiate, determine, schedule or coordinate supporting services.
- →You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
