About the Role
About the Position: Employee serves as the Chief of Military Programs and Project Management Branch for Savannah District Office. This position is responsible for the vertical and horizontal integration products to produce the Military projects and manage the program for the district.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Chief of Military Programs and Project Management Branch, responsible for vertical and horizontal integration to produce military projects and manage the program for the district.
- →Manages all aspects of military programs and project management, ensuring development of project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies in keeping with program goals.
- →Establishes and monitors District objectives to meet goals for various military programs (Congressional, OSD, HQUSACE, etc.) and is responsible for the schedule, budget, and cost controls of the program.
- →Plans and assigns work to subordinates, determines schedules, evaluates performance, advises on administrative matters, and identifies training needs.
- →Manages the District's military reimbursable program, ensuring that accepted and funded projects are executed in keeping with overall program objectives and that there is adequate contract capacity.
- →Ensures customer expectations and Corps performance potential are compatible by identifying customer options, ensuring customer-care prevails, and using quality design and construction techniques.
