About the Role
About the Position: Serve as the Program Manager for the Programs and Project Management Division, Mobile District.
What You'll Do
- →Plan, schedule, and conduct complex projects and comprehensive studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program.
- →Plan, assign, and review work of subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and capabilities of employees ensuring that production and accuracy requirements are met.
- →Exercise expert analysis of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness.
- →Provide leadership, direction and oversight responsibility for the programs and project management activities related to execution of various Civil Works Programs.
- →Collects, consolidates, analyses, shares data and products to include trend analysis and project program scheduling.
