About the Position: Leads program integration, bilateral coordination, and execution oversight of comprehensive master planning and real property initiatives with foreign counterparts to synchronize mission requirements with sustainable infrastructure development. What You'll Do
- →Leads program integration, bilateral coordination, and execution oversight of comprehensive master planning and real property initiatives to synchronize organizational requirements with sustainable infrastructure development.
- →Synchronizes master planning products, supporting analyses, and real property actions across international counterparts, component commands, and supporting agencies to ensure unified program governance.
- →Develops comprehensive master planning products for contingency and enduring bases by integrating technical requirements with efficient development concepts for utilities, transportation, and environmental assets.
- →Orchestrates real estate transactions in collaboration with key stakeholders and supporting agencies to ensure all actions align with approved organizational development plans and command priorities.
- →Establishes governance mechanisms to oversee execution, resolve program conflicts, integrate technical expert feedback, and elevate complex strategic risks requiring senior leadership decisions.
