What You'll Do
- →Responsible for developing policy, providing expert advice in an area of correctional specialty, or to provide guidance, direction, supervision, advice and/or evaluation for a program or programs in correctional facilities.
- →Integrates the functional areas of Federal Prison Industries (FPI) as they relate to UNICOR products and their customers.
- →Manages the planning, administration, supervision, review and evaluation of an extremely varied combination of performance objectives to meet the customers' requirement.
- →Facilitates conformance of all functional areas to established requirements which enable FPI to meet the end user's delivery.
- →Develop and implement functional area project teams to foster the product through the evolutionary process.
Requirements
- ✓Career Transition Programs (CTAP): These programs apply to Federal and/or DOJ employees who meet the definition of surplus or displaced from a position in the competitive service.
