You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Team Submarines Department of PEO SSN.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) and supervisor within TeamSUB.
- →You will serve as a central point of contact for addressing complex inquiries related to submarine maintenance, acquisition, and sustainment while maintaining awareness of all programmatic activities.
- →You will provide goals, objectives, and general guidance consistent with higher-level frameworks.
- →You will identify project requirements and defining the scope of projects within the overall acquisition program.
- →You will coordinate acquisition program requirements across Congressional interest, DoD, Navy, and Industry by consulting with internal and external functional experts to resolve competing priorities and gain consensus.
- →You will direct and manage acquisition program planning.
- →You will oversee resource requirements and develop strategies for program planning, budgeting, and execution (PPBE).
- →You will approve budget inputs and provide advice on specific problems presented by subordinates.
- →You will supervise both civilian and military personnel.
