What You'll Do
- →You will provide overall direction and guidance for the program organization, administration and civilian personnel.
- →You will forecast and manage workload for the program office or functional area.
- →You will analyze situations, identify problems, probe causes and select courses of action for subordinate managers to pursue.
- →You will provide goals, objectives, program and general guidance for operations consistent with higher level framework/guidance.
- →You will identify requirements and define the scope of projects which comprise the overall acquisition program.
- →You will provide advice and guidance, and render decisions on specific problems presented by subordinates.
