You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Management Dept, Prog Mgmt Support PEO(A) Prog Div of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and plans.
- →You will identify and plan for the personnel and functional management support required to execute the acquisition strategy.
- →You will participate with key personnel in the program office and/or the PEO who are responsible for defining the goals of the program, and works with them in preparing comprehensive program plans for accomplishing program goals and schedules You will direct the preparation of documents, specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards, which define needs, and parameters of the program.
- →You will contribute to the determination of resource needs and allocation of resources (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program.
- →You will analyze all changes that have an impact on the acquisition and develops or directs development of responsive and effective changes in plans and strategies.
- →You will coordinate program efforts with other activities and personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the program.
