About the Role
You will serve as the Launch & Recovery Product Team Lead (PTL) in the NIMITZ-ACS L&R/PARM/CM&DM/OSIC PM Branch (BL16300), Program Management Division, ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze needs and develop requirements for program initiatives.
- →You will develop and execute acquisition strategies and comprehensive program plans.
- →You will identify, defend, and manage resource requirements, including funding, workforce, and facilities.
- →You will develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget inputs, and analyze the impact of budget changes.
- →You will continuously evaluate all acquisition activities and program documentation to ensure they align with sound business practices.
- →You will manage requirement and design trade-offs and oversee overall program risk.
- →You will serve as the liaison and representative in negotiations with other Navy/DoD commands, government agencies, and private organizations.
