You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Liaison Office, United States Pacific Fleet Command (COMPACFLT), at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for strategic planning, flag-level policy negotiation, and long-range work plans.
- →You will be providing executive and managerial technical authority as it relates to ship operations.
- →You will have to provide qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to resolve unprecedented and unyielding logistics challenges.
- →You will have to interpret, rewrite or establish new policies as it relates to standard operating procedures.

- ✓There is no educational substitution for a GS-0340-15.
