About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Division (OSF), Field Operations Facilities (FOF), Program Management Office located in Tucson, AZ. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management, Operational Support Facilities Division (OSF).
- →OSF is responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, maintenance, repairs, operations, and sustainment of OFAM's facilities pertaining to the Office of Air and Marine, the United States Border Patrol, and the Office of Field Operations to enable the CBP and DHS missions of protecting America and its citizens while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
- →This position starts at a salary of $128,162.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $166,615.00 (GS-14, Step 10).

- →As a Program Manager typical duties include the following: Directing the services of a program segment that are professional, technical, and/or administrative in nature.
- →Directing a program segment that performs a variety of diverse programs and/or services that are professional, technical, and/or administrative in nature.
- →Providing technical direction in project management, team building, facilitation, process improvement analysis, and the methodology required to develop and substantiate a business case for the selected project.
- →Developing detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates, and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes and costs throughout program/project lifecycle.
