About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, National Targeting Center - Counter Network Division in Tampa, FL. Additional selections may be made to include other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

- →This position will allow you to use your expertise in managing and overseeing various programs which have an agency-wide and government-wide impact.
- →This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-GS14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10) with promotion potential to $163,514 (GS-14 Step 10).

- →In this Program Manager position you will become a key member of a team of Homeland Security professionals managing a variety of agency-wide law enforcement programs.
- →Typical work assignments include: Managing one or more targeting programs, determining the goals and objectives that need emphasis, developing outcome-based measures that evaluate performance, recommending program improvements, managing resources, developing appropriate policies and procedures, and assuring implementation by subordinate organizations and operating units.
- →Developing administrative policies, processes or guidelines for targeting programs or new criteria for measuring program accomplishments.
- →Maintaining effective, productive and collaborative relationships with other Federal Law Enforcement officials, Partner Government Agencies, international Partners, internal and external stakeholders, and industry groups.
- →Overseeing the preparation and distribution of reports, providing relevant operational information, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of significant incidents and outcomes to executive leadership.
