About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Facilities and Asset Management, Integrated Services Division, 1 vacancy located in Washington, DC. What You'll Do
- →This Program Manager (Deputy Director) position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S.
- →Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management, Integrated Services Division.
- →The Integrated Services (IS) Division brings together a diverse workforce, including Certified Program Managers, acquisition professionals, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), energy and environmental specialists, real-estate professionals, architects, engineers, and technical designers to develop optimal solutions to meet the needs of OFAM and business partners.
- →This position starts at a salary of $169,279.00 (GS-15, Step 1) to $197,200.00 (GS-15, Step 10).
- →Major Duties for the Program Manager (Deputy Director) position include but are not limited to: Managing and directing all operations related to acquisition, energy, environmental, and real estate programs, policies, and initiatives with nationwide impact.
- →Ensuring senior leaders are prepared with relevant facts, data, and metrics for decision-making, and exercising executive responsibility for completion and approval of key issues.
- →Advising senior leadership on customer-related plans, initiatives, and policies, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- →Assisting senior leadership by planning, evaluating, integrating, and coordinating initiatives, and facilitating staff actions across multidisciplinary teams.
- →Approving selections for supervisory and non-supervisory positions, setting performance standards, and evaluating staff to promote accountability and professional development.
