- →The purpose of this position is to serve as a Program Manager over a programmatic/geographic area and/or a program segment.
- →You will provide advice and consultation to programs that involve and support the mission of CBP, receiving, reviewing, analyzing, or disseminating sensitive national security data on a regular and recurring basis.
- →This position starts at a salary of $111,896.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $145,468.00 (GS-12, Step 10) GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area.

- →Typical work assignments include: Serving as a Program Manager over a programmatic/geographic area and/or a program segment.
- →Providing administrative program direction to various directors and special staff for a variety of diverse programs and/or services of a subordinate organization/s, which may include: financial and personnel areas.
- →Presenting to the Program Office recommendations for new organizational structures and management methods.
- →Participating in and, where appropriate, leading various planning, financial, and operational committees and boards.
- →Determining goals and objectives that need additional emphasis; developing measures that evaluate performance; makes recommendations for program improvement.
