About the Role
About the Position: Serves as the Senior Career Field Program Manager for one of eleven career fields within the Army Civilian Career Management Activity ACCMA. This announcement will be used to fill one position at various locations.
What You'll Do
- →Manage career field programs to support the recruitment, development, employment, and retention of a qualified workforce.
- →Develop workforce strategies to address current and future career field requirements through training, development, and talent management initiatives.
- →Evaluate career field programs to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improving workforce outcomes.
- →Analyze workforce requirements to identify trends, address competency gaps, and recommend solutions for current and future workforce needs.
- →Advise senior leaders and stakeholders on career field programs, workforce priorities, resource requirements, and policy matters.
- →Lead division operations by establishing work priorities, directing subordinate employees, and ensuring accomplishment of organizational goals.
