The selectee will serve as the Program Analyst position for the Office of Mental Health Service and provides a wide variety of support functions. The purpose of the position is to facilitate both effective and efficient delivery of health care to patients receiving services in a variety of programs.
What You'll Do
- →Major duties include, but are not limited to: Tracks and reviews data, generates reports assessing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department and develops/presents ongoing plans for program improvement.
- →Analyzes and interprets a wide variety of issues and policies to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
- →Serves as alternate approving official for Mental Health Fund Control Points, ensure all requests are approved/certified within timelines established by supervisor.
- →Serves as purchasing agent representative and works with internal department when to ensure proper accounting of Mental Health equipment.
- →Provides customer service to internal and external customers by handing effectively and promptly, ensuring a customer centered focus direction in daily work, and functioning as a team member consistently helping the group effort.
- →Assist in conducting surveys of agency operating programs.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, subject to change based on the needs of the facility.
