You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Marine Corps Ground Weapon and Information Technology System of MARCORSYSCOM.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead program analysis and research efforts to gather, evaluate, and formalize information necessary to support complex acquisition programs and projects.
- →You will develop, review, and coordinate program and acquisition documentation, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and performance metrics to ensure successful program execution.
- →You will advise program managers, team leads, and senior leadership on program issues, process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and recommendations to enhance mission effectiveness.
- →You will analyze complex functional and technical issues, interpret data, develop solutions, and present findings and recommendations through reports, briefings, and executive presentations.
- →You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve program challenges, build consensus, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and acquisition requirements.
- →You will evaluate organizational and program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement management initiatives that increase program efficiency and effectiveness.
