You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVAL FACILITIES INSTITUTE. **Above salary does not include locality. Locality adjustment will be determined by duty location once a selection has been made. ** Port Hueneme, California $124,085 - $161,313 San Diego, California $121,585 - $158,062 Silverdale, Washington $119,630 - $155,521
What You'll Do
- →You will evaluate requirements against available resources to access and optimize command programs and policies.
- →You will assess trends and behavioral data to derive and recommend policies, improved tactics and optimize command programs and organization effectiveness.
- →You will coordinate and develop annual program plans, monitor and report execution status, and develop and present strategies to overcome execution challenges.
- →You will coordinate data calls, prepare announcement, and document and update operating policies and procedures in the NAVFAC Business Management System (BMS) and program manuals.
