This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA ACQ/PAE MISS PART ENV (REIMB).
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a senior Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsible for the programmatic pre-award and post-award contract administration of complex Information Technology (IT) contracts within the serviced organization.
- →Provides advice and assistance to program and project personnel during the planning phases of projects to ensure proper consideration of the contractual resources and financial/technical factors needed for successful program operations.
- →Performs ongoing analysis of each managed contract while providing recommendations for contract strategies based upon the results of these analyses.
- →Prepares and/or presents reports, briefings, etc. about assigned IT contracts, to include hardware, software, and/or services.

- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
