What You'll Do
- →Serves as a primary program analyst driving the Agency’s strategic planning and policy development processes in direct support of the Director’s goals and objectives.
- →Conceives, develops, and promulgates strategic programming documents, ensuring strict alignment with HQ DISA, OSD, and other national-level guidance.
- →Develops and implements robust performance metrics to track the agency’s planning efforts, identify progress, and recommend course corrections for senior leadership.
- →Acts as the official Secretariat for DISA Director meetings when permitted, fostering an environment of seamless information sharing and consistent messaging among DISA stakeholders.
- →Coordinates with staff to revise policy documents and plans, ensuring all written materials effectively communicate the desired strategic message.

- ✓There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level
