You will serve as a PRODUCTION TRAINING BRANCH MANAGER in the Production Resources Training Division (Code 900T) of the Production Resources Department (Code 900) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Production Training Branch Manager responsible for the overall execution of area of responsibility (AOR), as directed by Production Training Manager.
- →You will perform special studies and projects for the Production Resources Training Division.
- →You will prepare and collaborate in the preparation of comprehensive analysis reports covering all phases of studies and investigations covered, conclusions reached and recommendations for improvement or corrective action.
- →You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for production training program work.
- →You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- →You will deliver briefings and presentations to a variety of audiences, to include Project Managers and Command leadership.
