The primary purpose of this position is to troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, install, and maintain, a variety of complex multi-axis, multi-function fixed and semifixed production machinery and equipment such as numerically controlled machine tools and other similar complex and sophisticated equipment.
What You'll Do
- →Troubleshoots malfunctions, tests, repairs, overhauls, installs and maintains complex three and four axis numerically controlled machinery.
- →Troubleshoots malfunctions, repairs, aligns and performs complete overhaul of automated and conventional machine tools, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic test equipment and associated attachments.
- →Performs preventative maintenance on complex multi-axis numerically controlled machine tools, production, and industrial machinery and equipment.
- →Operates, maintains and controls tools and equipment.
- →Utilizes safety and practices and procedures following established rules and regulations and maintains a safe, clean, and secure work environment.
