About the Role
You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (ORDNANCE) in the LOGISTICS SUPPORT BRANCH of NMC CWD DET SEAL BEACH.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for long- and short-range planning and scheduling of ammunition/explosive and inert receipt, storage, and issue operations.
- →You will receive, review and recommend acceptance or rejection of workload demands from all customers.
- →You will determine manpower, material, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- →You will originate, review, and respond to classified and unclassified Naval message traffic and other correspondence.
- →You will manage the short- and long-range ship schedules for ammunition operations.
- →You will review and update automated information systems including the Automated Planning System (APS) and the ordnance logistics system.
