We are looking to fill Product Development Specialist, GS-0301-7/9, positions in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). You will use project and program management techniques and Agile principles to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing management of key products and features, based on business needs identified by management
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a liaison between the customer and the development team to assist them in working together to translate customer language into product features that meet the needs of users.
- →Help the team maintain a vision by supporting limited-scope tasks that will help senior specialists to create and manage a product roadmap, the prioritized list of requirements for future digital service development.
- →Use basic knowledge of Agile development methodologies to track and monitor the progress of product development and delivery efforts.
- →Assist the team with tracking customer care, dashboard metrics, and customer satisfaction to measure performance and functionality of products, services, and features.
- →Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, foster transparency across the team, and encourage collaboration to achieve goals.
