About the Role
You will serve as a PROCUREMENT SYSTEMS ANALYST in the CONTRACT DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze, interpret and apply contracting regulations to include the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- →You will utilize electronic systems sufficient to analyze problem areas within the system.
- →You will develop changes for improvement purposes or corrective action.
- →You will evaluate audit reports, regulations, instructions, contracting statistics, workload, and trends to the management of contract data You will generate data queries needed for development of contract management reports.
- →You will prepare written guidelines, department regulations, reports and decisions; to present sensitive recommendations to higher authority.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
