About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on Fort Campbell. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Licensed Practical Nurse for a Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
- →Provides individualized nursing care to patients of all ages.
- →Screens and reviews immunization records.
- →Administers oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular immunizations to all age groups.
