About the Position: Serve as a Powered Support Systems Mechanic for the US Army Military District of Washington, The Army Aviation Brigade, 12th Aviation Battalion Maintenance Shops Division
What You'll Do
- →Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- →Operate a variety of boom cranes, forklifts, and Class C Vehicles.
- →Repair or replace parts and components of various aviation ground support equipment.
- →Conduct training and qualifies military and civilians on ground support equipment at operator's level.
- →Perform operational inspections, and ensures vehicles and equipment are properly serviced and other preventive maintenance performed, as scheduled.
- →Operate a variety of heavy lift forklifts, requiring OSHA certification for power industrial forklift.
