What You'll Do
- →You will present training (e.g., lectures, discussions, guided conference, demonstration methods) to instruct law enforcement, investigative techniques, procedures, and practical application sessions.
- →You will monitor law enforcement personnel to ensure compliance with agency standards and policies governing employee proficiency in the use and care of assigned firearms.
- →You will propose career development plans (e.g., training requests, utilization proposals) to enhance career of law enforcement employees.
- →You will coordinate with other federal law enforcement instructors to develop different approaches and methods of instruction.
- →You will explain policies, goals, procedures, and regulations to assigned law enforcement personnel.
